In 2014 I joined Crispy as its Design Director and first official hire. Over the next 2 years we grew the team to a dozen cross-functional players. At that small scale, each individual has an important impact on the work and culture, so when I redesigned our site late in 2015, I wanted it represent our people as much as our work.
While I was responsible for the establishing the UI direction, I enlisted one of our senior designers to create the illustration in the sites masthead: a composition of familiar objects, all meticulously placed and specifically selected to represent the members of our team. 
The result is a minimalist site with a curation of client case studies that invites potential clients and employees to work with a diverse and fun group of digital professionals.
